We The Builder is a small, independent talent community. When you submit the interest form, the person running this community acts as the data controller for the information you provide. You can reach us any time at wethebuilderteam@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share in the form: your name, email address, LinkedIn or portfolio link, location, builder family, your described superpower, and something you've built that you're proud of.
Why we use it & our legal basis
We use your information for one purpose: to understand who you are as a builder and to connect you with relevant opportunities. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. Connecting you may involve sharing your details with potential teams or companies that have a relevant opportunity.
How it's stored
Your submission is sent to us by email and may be kept in a secure record so we can follow up with you. We keep your information only for as long as it's useful for connecting you with opportunities, and we'll delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or a region with similar laws, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, just email wethebuilderteam@gmail.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
